Every user can share their opinion and rating for the goods offered on the Site, and view ratings posted by others.

estellenoir.org publishes all ratings submitted by users that meet the requirements set out in the Terms of Service, both positive and negative. Processing of user ratings by estellenoir.org is not associated with sponsorship or relationships with other merchants.

estellenoir.org accepts and publishes reviews from users regardless of whether the reviewer purchased the item from the Site.

Reviews labeled “Verified Purchase” are those for which there is data showing the reviewer has purchased the item from the Site.

estellenoir.org guarantees only for “Verified Purchase” ratings that they were submitted by a user who bought the item from the Site. If a review lacks this label, it means estellenoir.org has no evidence of purchase and cannot guarantee it.

Reviews are published on the product page only after an administrator verifies compliance with the Terms of Service. estellenoir.org reserves the right at its discretion to refuse or remove any review.

Each review includes a star rating (1–5) and the user’s own opinion. estellenoir.org is not responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, or content of any submitted review; they represent the personal views of the reviewer.
